Last year I got a letter from them saying they can provide me the electiricity at 10.5 C only for a 12 months contract...so I thought its a good deal, and I signed up with them...later when i saw the bill they had charged TDSP charges in addition to the fixed rate...I spoke to them and was told you have to pay no matter which provider you go with and i din't bother to check with others...recently I found out that other providers also charge TDSP but its build in to the charges they quote you but these folks are charging in addition the rate I was told...these guys are crooks they know how to mislead people...
