Seriously.
They are not helpful and are rude to their customers. This company cut off my electrical service after six weeks claiming that I didn't pay a bill even though the money from my bank account was electronically withdrawn and sent to them.
And they never even sent a disconnect notice.
MxEnergy is a terrible company. Don't use them.
