My electric meter at 515 Leicester Lane (77034) has been misread for the past 2 months. I requested a re-read last month, but that did not occur. I read the meter following your CenterPoint read, and there is a very large difference.. I am requesting another read of my meter to resolve this problem which is costing me excessive billing.
My phone number is 281-481-8013.
Thank you,

I am very frustrated. I have reported a broken pole, in half, hanging from the live lines at least 8 time. This is an emergency power situation that needs to be fixed immediately. The wires are sparking and the fire department has been called to put out a fire in the trees over our houses
I am writing this to document for legal purposes if someone dies due to your lack of action for over a week you will be responsible both legally and morally.
If someone dies this is on you and will be filed to legal remedies of the fullest.

Mr. Litchhult,
I hope you got Center Point’s attention. They have repeatedly ignored our pleas to repair a hazardous line/pole down situation in zip code 77377 and have actually punished us for reporting this situation by moving us further and further back on the repair list status. Center Point is a horrible company and does not care about their customers in the least. Good luck and God bless you.

Dear Sirs:
Your outside help (Sumpter Electric)completed the fix on the power line running behind my house at 2330 Eaglerock Dr Saturday 27 Sept.
When they energized the line they feed high voltage into my 120 volt circuits and fried everything not covered by a surge protector.
They were still on the street and checked one of my 120 volt circuits and verified that it was over 200 volts. The inspectec the line feed to the house and when they climbed the pole they founda broken wire. Thet cut power
to the house and repaired the broken line.
They claimed this was the cause of the high voltage in my 120 v circuits.
They reenergizeed the lineand checked that the circuits now had 120 volts.
This high voltage surge fried the electronic controls for my oven, microwave,
stereo equipment,clock radios,
A/C controls, burglar alarm system and God only
knows what else.
I’ve called 1-800-332-7143 on Saturday (27 Sept) and was advised that someone would be there the next day (Sunday).
Never happened.
I called the same number this morning (29 Sept)and they said they would have someone callback. Never happened.
I called 713-207-2222 and was advised theat was not the number to call.
I called 713-207-7722,as advised, and was told that they are to busy fixing problems to address my situation.
I would expect someone to visit and verify this claim and authorize me to engage the proper service people to get my equipment working again.
Is that so hard to understand?
