I called and they told me it is center point new monthly charge of its new meter. my bill add on goes like this.. QTY RATE Amount TDSP discretionary service charges..... 1 3.24000 $3.24 MSC039: ADVANCED METERING COST RECOVERY FACTOR............ This does not seem fair to be charged an extra $3.24 a month for some discretionary service charge - that is helping them/their company . Why again does the small home owner have to pay to the large giant of a company for i guess there up dating of equipment.. this is what the agent from Champions energy told me .. by the way - Champion Energy has been good for me for this whole last year . it is this surprise that does not make any sense...
