Natural Gas was as high as $8 mmbtu as late as last month and now we see the natural gas price on the NYMEX at $6.4 mmbtu. Commercial electricity rates are as low as .077 cents per kwh. Timing could not be better if your electricity contract is ending to sign up on a 12 month term. With a 12 month electricity contract for July at .077 cents a kwh you just could not do better. Rates have not been at this level for months.
