		<description>I haver a close freind that has lost $85K to these rags...their entire savings/retirement. 
I say &#039;lost&#039; because I doubt that 
after the smoke clears, he gets even 10 cents on the dollar.  From what I understand the judge 
has really drug his feet on this thing, and as a result, the lawyer bills continue to climb as the &#039;rehash&#039; this sordid scam. </description>
